ABOUT BREE

 

In 2017 I hit rock bottom. I had been using alcohol, food, TV, gossip, social media, and codependency as a means to numb the intense self-loathing I had for myself and my life. I didn’t feel much of anything, but that emptiness was incredibly painful. I felt purposeless and void of any zest for living. I woke up with my last hangover on August 8, 2017, and asked myself if I wanted to at least try and be happy. I didn’t know how I could possibly turn it around, but I knew my life depended on it. Without knowing what I was doing, I began my journey to self-healing.

 

In the years since that decision, I’ve become relentless in uncovering my true self and moving into alignment with my purpose. While continuing to learn about myself, I have also learned several different healing modalities which have allowed me to take my self-healing to another level. I have completed a 600-hour yoga teacher training program, become certified in Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Therapy. I am also a Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Life Coach. My purpose is to share my story and what I’ve learned from my own healing to support others in finding the healer within themselves. I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn to become Fully Human.

MY TRAINING

I have earned a 600-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training diploma from The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with a certification in Amrit method I AM Yoga Nidra™ and trained in I AM Yoga Therapy™. I am a certified trauma informed breathwork facilitator. I am Reiki certified in Levels 1 and 2 with attunement and training by Sangeet Khalsa. I am trained and certified in Sound Healing by Ronee Kipnes and Sangeet Khalsa. I also earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse.
