The breathwork I guide you through is for healing and transformation. There are a lot of breathing practices where the goal or outcome is relaxation, but with this type of breathwork, relaxation and connection are an after effect of the practice. The goal with this breathwork is to unearth stuck energy that prevents you from living in alignment with your authentic self.

I incorporate my training as a trauma informed breathwork facilitator with my training in I AM Yoga Therapy and I AM Yoga Nidra. I do this by guiding you to connect to the sensations in your body that have a story to share with you. My cues, as well as a playlist of music curated specifically for the intention we will be working with, allows you to access and release unprocessed energy, trauma and emotions that have been stored in your body. This process allows you to move into alignment with your authentic self.


I will guide you through active breathing techniques that will allow you to create sensation in the body. You may feel lightheaded, tingly, hot, cold, electrified and alive. What you start feeling in your body is being created by you and for you as a means to support you in letting go of what no longer serves you. This letting go can look a lot like emotional releases, screaming and/or movement., yawning and laughing. The most important part is to use the breath to stay present to the sensations in the body so you can hear the messages it has for you. The messages may come through as a thought, a memory, insight or a deep inner knowing. This awareness allows you to move through the process of healing and letting go. There is not a practice out there that is more transformational than breathwork and I would be honored to be your guide.

I will help you align with the limitless being that you are by supporting you in releasing old limiting beliefs and energy, connect you to your purpose and support you in healing from unprocessed life experiences. I believe that feeling is the healing and am here to support you in accessing those unprocessed feelings that are trapped in your body waiting to be released so that you can create the space for what you desire

A typical one-on-one session begins with a conversation about where you're feeling stuck, recognition of the patterns or habits continuing to show up in your life, or what you want to let go of. Using my intuitive gifts, we'll create a plan to support you on your healing journey, which will include self-healing tools that you can incorporate into your life outside of our time together. Each session and person are different and will be unique to you and your journey. I use my intuition and wisdom from my own self-healing journey and training to support you in finding the healer within yourself.

Find your Zen!

Yoga Nidra is an extremely gentle and relaxing way to access the subconscious. Here, you are able to enter a state of mind in which the body and mind relax completely, but the conscious mind remains active by using a series of breath, body, and awareness techniques. This is done while lying down. The hardest thing you will have to do is stay awake!

How does Yoga Nidra work?

During Yoga Nidra, you will experience going between different brainwave states. You may have periodic bursts of alpha (subconscious) in-between between beta (wakefulness) and theta (dreaming sleep). This in-between stage is where the magic happens. The more time spent in the alpha brainwave state, the more we can allow embedded imprints, images, sounds, smells, and patterns of the subconscious to rise to the surface and be released, which enables a profound experience of total relaxation. Yoga Nidra is actually more beneficial than sleep because during sleep you aren’t releasing subconscious impressions. In Yoga Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and go to the deep sleep state while remaining awake, which allows you to release the deep unhelpful patterns and beliefs driving your life.
